Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we ask that you notify us promptly, within 2 days of receiving item(s), so we can assist you. To request a review, please email us at you@allgrey.shop with the following details:
Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the defect or damage
Our team will carefully assess each claim, and if approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange under our damaged and defective policy, the item(s) must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Free from stains, fragrance (perfume/cologne), or any signs of wear
If an item does not meet these conditions, it will not qualify for return.
